So this fall I was trying to be more creative with our food budget by canning pears! I got them for free from someone Darin found at work. I wasn't sure what I was doing but they turned out so yummy!!!Here are some of the finished product. We did a little over 30 quarts. We will definitely do them again next year. 
I had this really cute picture of all 4 of us doing the pears. Darin was peeling, I was cubing, Ethan was washing and Will was eating...but my butt was looking big in it so I am not posting it ;)
